    About Emily

    Proud Member of TherapyDen
I am an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist who helps individuals and couples find their path to healthy, happy, and stable relationships. I work with couples and individuals who feel stuck in their relationships or lives. My primary focus is on creating a safe environment where clients can grow to understand one’s self and partner better. I believe through validation and compassion and environment of safety is formed where my clients are able to talk about uncomfortable issues and gain the healing and understanding they need to create changes in their lives.

I will give you the tools you need to interrupt the unproductive patterns that become so common in you life and relationships. You will learn about the core patterns and finally, bring understanding and peace back into your relationships and lives. My approach will ensure you feel more hear, understood, and connected to those important to you.
